Return / Refund Policy

We believe every woman should have access to affordable, high quality work from home items so we price everything in our store below the suggested retail price. To keep costs low for everyone, returns and exchanges are not allowed. In the rare circumstance that you receive a damaged item, we will allow you to return that item or make an exchange. 

YOU HAVE 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY TO RETURN DAMAGED ELIGIBLE ITEMS.

Returns from damaged items will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Please allow up to 24 hours for a response to your inquiry. Emails sent during non-office hours will be handled the next business day.

Conditions of return

Items must be in unused, with tags attached in original condition to receive a refund. Items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of delivery

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item so we can rectify this. HOW DO I INITIATE AN EXCHANGE FOR A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM?
Please email us at hello@shopmondayfriday.com with the subject line Exchange Request. You will first will return your item(s) and we will give you store credit. Once you your store credit is processed, you can order a new item using the store credit, which will  be processed as soon as you have dropped off your return for shipping.

The Packing Slip for your Return must be included along with the items you have been authorized to Return. Additional items that are not listed on the Return Packing Slip will not be eligible for a Return and will not be calculated.

ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS

  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of the delivery
  • Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached
  • Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
  • If an item is Ineligible for a Return and it is included, we will have to send back the Ineligible Item to you.
  • ONLY damaged/defective items are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges.
  • Please allow 1-3 business days for return processing.
  • Store Credit does not expire.
  • We do not cover Return Shipping for International purchases, APO Addresses and PO Box Addresses.

  • Include your Invoice and Eligible Items in the Return Package.
